Artificial Lift

Mono has a comprehensive range of products for positive displacement mud motor power sections and downhole pumps for artificial lift applications.

We have been at the forefront of development of the ‘next generation’ of products for these applications since the early 1990’s and today we can provide a wide range of products focused on the specific application requirements demanded by our extensive customer base.

Mono are unique in having two manufacturing facilities, for many of these products - Houston, Texas and Manchester, England. This ensures that our customers obtain their requirements in the quickest possible timeframe.

Our oilfield manufacturing facilities use the most recent machining systems available coupled with dedicated dynamometer testing rigs in both locations for the power section components. Both facilities also have equipment enabling relines of power section stators to be processed. The ISO 9001 Quality Management system has been in operation in Manchester since the early ’90’s and both sites have achieved the upgraded accreditation to ISO 9001:2000.

For new applications, Mono has extensive laboratory testing facilities on both sides of the Atlantic that enables us to specify the correct rotor and stator elastomer for the application. As the demands by our customer’s increase, Mono is continually funding various research and development projects to identify new products and materials for the future.
